Do I need to be home during the groom?

For your first appointment, yes — we ask that you're home so we can meet you and your pup. After a few visits, once we've gotten to know your pup, we're happy to work out arrangements like returning them inside or getting them from the house. We'll talk through it together. If you have a senior pup, we ask that someone be home for every groom.

How long does a groom take?

Most grooms are 60–120 minutes. It really depends on your pup's needs. We never rush through a groom. We move at your pup's pace.

What if my dog is anxious or reactive?

Many of our clients specifically choose us because of anxious dogs. One-on-one, cage-free grooming is much calmer than a busy salon.

How much does it cost?

Grooms start at $125 and include all 14 standard services — no hidden fees. Price varies by breed and coat type. Situational fees (flea bath, dematting, special handling) apply only when needed and are always discussed upfront.
