Please let us know when booking so we can prepare appropriately. We handle matted coats with care and use gentle, hypoallergenic products for dogs with sensitive skin. In cases of severe matting, we'll discuss the best approach before starting to ensure your dog's comfort and safety. There may be additional fees for matting depending on the severity.
How often should I book mobile grooming?
Most dogs benefit from grooming every 4–8 weeks depending on breed and coat type. Short-coated breeds may go longer between appointments, while doodles, poodles, and double-coated breeds typically need more frequent grooming. We can recommend a schedule at your first appointment.
Do you groom cats?
