How do I request an onsite grooming for my pup?
The best way to request a groom is to utilize our Grooming Request Form. Complete that form, and we will reach out to confirm your grooming request.

No worries at all. Our groomers specialize in calm, one-on-one care. Most pups settle in quickly once they realize our van means comfort, treats, and attention — not stress or loud salons.
What should I do before my appointment?
Before your scheduled time, please take your pup for a quick potty break and make sure they’re on a leash when we arrive. We bring everything else, including power, water, and supplies — you don’t need to provide a thing.
What if I’m staying at The Tides for a short visit?
We welcome both short-term and long-term guests. If your stay overlaps one of our Tuesday visits, we’re happy to fit you in. Just contact us early to confirm availability.
